HIRING SEASONAL STORE MANAGERS

We are looking to hire 100+ store managers for the upcoming fireworks season in Indiana


Job Description:

This position is directly responsible for the setup, overall operation and teardown of the seasonal retail store. This includes achieving the store sales plan, managing expenses and controlling shrinkage. The Regional store manager will work with you to develop an employee schedule according to the needs of the business.

  • We are excited to begin the 2018 fireworks season and would love for you to join our team.
  • Training will begin as early as May 25th.
  • Stores open on or around June 1st and close on or around July 15th.
  • Gain valuable retail management experience.
  • During this 6 week employment store hours vary, but as the store manager you will work 50+ hours a week.
  • As the store manager you will hire, manage staff, and coordinate employee schedules.
  • Store managers receive up to 8% of net sales from the store. You will be paid per FLSA rules and regulations. Any compensation in excess will be considered a performance bonus.
  • Average retail sales are approximately $48,000 per location.
  • Managers are responsible for setting up, inventorying, and tearing down their store.
